Le Thi Quynh Tram is the Associate Director of the Lower Mekong Public Policy Initiative, a USAID-funded socioeconomic and environmental policy research project for the Lower Mekong region. Tram is also a lecturer of public policy and the academic affairs manager at the Fulbright Economics Teaching Program where she teaches Microeconomics for Public Policy, and Regional and Local Development. Prior to joining FETP in 2008, Tram worked in software industry in Ho Chi Minh City and in Ontario, Canada. She holds a Master in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology.
